3. Payment Terms

All payments are due as agreed in the client’s invoice or contract.

  • Work will commence after receiving an initial deposit (if applicable).

  • Outstanding balances must be cleared before project delivery or publication.

  • Prices and payment terms may vary based on the project scope.

We may use third-party payment processors (such as Pesepay, PayPal, or Stripe) to handle payments securely.

4. Intellectual Property

All website designs, source code, and digital assets developed by SpadeTails Global Inc. remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received.
After payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client, excluding third-party components (e.g., themes, plugins, or licensed assets).

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project information and materials on time.

  • Maintaining website credentials securely.

  • Ensuring all submitted content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

6. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality. All client data, credentials, and project materials shared with SpadeTails Global Inc. will be handled securely and not disclosed to third parties without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

SpadeTails Global Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance due to factors beyond our control, including hosting provider issues or third-party plugin failures.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy (if applicable).
Generally, deposits for services already initiated are non-refundable.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services if you breach these Terms or engage in harmful or fraudulent activities.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to conflict of law principles.
